Who is Eligible?

We provide medical and dental insurance to all full time team members. Full-Time is determined by position and aggregated hours over a period of time.

Who is the Insurance Provider?

Our insurance provider is currently United Healthcare for both Medical, Dental and Vision.

What do you offer?

We offer a variety of plans for both medical, dental and vision plans. Employer provides different level of contributions to each role within the restaurant.

When can I enroll?

Open enrollment is October through December of each year. For any team member who reaches full time hours (30 per week over a year) will be able to enroll at that point or receives a promotion* an email invitation will be sent to all those team members *shift leader and above
